Shopping Centre Management

We will assist in the setting-up of the Retail Centre / Mall Management team, then guide and develop the team on the following:

• Mall management, organisation structure and department set-up.
  
• Standard Operating Procedures for Centre Management, Operations, Security, Car-park, Housekeeping, Marketing Leasing, Admin / HR, Accounts /Credit Control and Advertising / Promotions.
  
• Liaison with Project department and suppliers on handover of project to Retail Centre / Mall Management.
  
• Operations Renovation / fit-out guidelines, tenants’ handover and procedures as well as tenants’ fit-out coordination works
